Motion reads: "That this House condemns the hanging of Mohammad Reza Ali Zamani and Arash Rahmanipour in Iran at dawn on 28 January 2010; notes that they were arrested during pro-democracy demonstrations and convicted of waging war against God; and calls on the Government to urge the international community to put pressure on Iran to release political prisoners and to cease using execution and torture as tools of repression in Iran."
